🔹PV 6300 is a standard 2-axis vertical lathe.
🔹PV 6300M (M: integrated milling) integrates an additional C-axis.

DN Solutions' PV 6300 series is a high-productivity vertical turning center. It boasts a maximum turning diameter of 630 mm, a chuck size of up to 18 inches, a 37 kW spindle motor, and a torque of 1638 N·m, making it ideal for machining heavy parts and difficult-to-cut materials.

The PV 6300 series includes two versions:
🔹 The PV 6300 is a standard 2-axis vertical turning center primarily used for simple cylindrical turning.
🔹 The PV 6300M (M: integrated milling) incorporates a C-axis, allowing for highly accurate spindle position control with a resolution of 0.001°. It comes equipped with a BMT65P tool holder and a 5.5 kW rotary motor, allowing the machine to perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations directly on the workpiece without needing to transfer to a specialized milling machine.
