🔹Ultra-Large Working Area: The series provides an exceptionally long X-axis travel. The DNM 750 II features X/Y/Z travels of 1,630 / 762 / 650 mm, while the DNM 750 L II reaches 2,160 / 762 / 650 mm. Maximum table dimensions reach up to 2,160 x 760 mm, with maximum load capacities ranging from 1,500 kg to 1,800 kg.
🔹Powerful Spindle System: The machine supports belt-driven or direct-coupled spindles with standard speeds of 8,000 rpm or 12,000 rpm, as well as a high-speed option up to 30,000 rpm. The spindles feature high-power motors up to 28 kW (with FANUC control) or 32 kW (with HEIDENHAIN control). Models with the "/50" suffix feature a large ISO #50 spindle taper.
🔹High-Rigidity Guideway System: All axes are equipped as standard with Roller Linear Motion (LM) guideways, doubling the lifespan and rigidity compared to conventional ball-type guideways. The DNM 750 L II model specifically utilizes a 4-row roller guideway configuration on the Y-axis to eliminate overhang and maximize stability.
🔹Thermal Control & Energy Efficiency: Oil cooling for the spindle and ball screw nuts comes standard, minimizing thermal deformation and maintaining accuracy during continuous operation. Additionally, the machine holds an Energy Certificate, achieving a 6.67% reduction in power consumption compared to the previous generation thanks to IE3/IE4 high-efficiency motors, LED lighting, and optimized electrical cabinet cooling.
🔹Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): The CAM-type tool change mechanism delivers ultra-fast speeds, holding a standard storage capacity of 30 tools (optionally expandable to 40 tools), with a Tool-to-Tool change time of just 1.3 seconds and a Chip-to-Chip time of 3.7 seconds.
🔹Smart Controllers & Software: Compatible with advanced CNC controls such as FANUC i PLUS, HEIDENHAIN TNC620, or SIEMENS S828D. The proprietary EZ WORK software facilitates quick operation and minimizes errors through tool management, thermal compensation, and adaptive feed rate control functions.
