  • The DVM 500II, DVM 650 II vertical machining center (belonging to the DVM II series of DN Solutions) is specially designed for die & mold machining. It is engineered to deliver outstanding reliability, high precision, durability, and exceptional thermal displacement minimization during operation
    - These machines are equipped with a BIG-PLUS spindle and a newly-designed machine base utilizing roller guideways to provide the best-in-class rigidity and durability.

- High-Performance Built-in Spindle: The machine is equipped with a high-speed, high-precision built-in spindle delivering a maximum speed of 20,000 r/min, a power of 22 kW, and a torque of 60 N·m. It utilizes a hydrostatic/static pressure spindle for enhanced rigidity and extended life. Additionally, the spindle length has been shortened by 40% compared to previous models to minimize vibration.
